Gerry Bertier[]
Gerry Bertier is the captain of the football team at T.C. Williams High School. He is initially seen as arrogant, en when he befriends Julius Campbell, a black football player on the team.
Personality[]
Gerry was a team leader/captain and the backbone of the Titan defense. He was very aggressive and pushed his teammates to work hard.
Aftermath[]
Bertier participated in the Paralympics and won multiple medals.
Bertier was killed on March 20, 1981 at the age of 27 in a second car crash involving a drunk driver.
